A. Damaged merchandise will be replaced, if necessary. Unopened merchandise, other than cut fabrics and copyrighted materials, such as books and patterns, will be refunded. Thank you for respecting this policy.

Q. Can I register for an upcoming class? If so, what do I do?

A. Absolutely! We'd love to have you there! You may register for a class in person, through this website, or with a credit card over the phone. Pre-registration and payment of the class fee in-full is required to participate.

Q. What if I can't make the class after registering?

A. If you will no longer be able to make your scheduled class, you may transfer your class fee to another class. Please make sure to do this at least 3-days prior to your scheduled class.

*Club fees are non-refundable.

Q. What if a class is cancelled?

A. Occasionally, a class is cancelled due to low enrollment. Refund will be given for these classes or you may transfer your class fee to another class.

Q. What should I bring to class?

A. First, please make sure your schedule class will be held before purchasing supplies - usually a week in advance. Class supply lists are available at the store or we can email them to you.

Most of our classes require you to bring basic sewing supplies, including thread, scissors, pins, seam ripper, writing paper and a pen/pencil, rotary cutter, and rulers. Please clearly mark all of your supplies with your name or or identifying information.

*Some classes require advance preparation, so please be sure to check the requirements of your class. A 15% discount is given on any supplies purchased for a class and we hope you will allow us to assist you in getting what you need.

Classes with sewing machine techniques require you to bring your own sewing machine in good working condition and be familiar with its operation.

NOTE ABOUT COPYRIGHT - Please refrain from copying, tracing, sketching or reproducing any pattern without benefit of purchasing the pattern or book. Some of our classes require you to purchase a book or pattern for the class. No copying or sharing, please!

Q. I would love to learn how to....Can you teach a class on this?

A. Class on Demand? Fantastic! We love to hear what YOU want to LEARN! So, if you see something in the shop or have a particular quilting skill that you really want to improve on or our class schedule doesn't work for you, talk to your quilting friends, gather a group of at least 3 people and we'll set up a class for you ASAP.
